Noble Fields School of Real Estate

Noble Fields School of Real Estate and Appraisal was started in 1985 by Ms. Noble Fields. The School is approved to operate in the State of California by the State of California Council for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education. Ms. Fields works with numerous organizations of higher learning for upgrades and developing information.





Noble Fields School of Real Estate is dedicated to progressive growth education. We offer resident, distance learning and correspondence formats of interactive instruction. Noble Fields School of Real Estate we present Mastery based learning for pre-licensing and continuing education, where students learn the required minimums in compliance with the California Department of Real Estate, and the Office of Real Estate Appraisal. Our classes are pending approval of the International Distance Educational Certification Center (IDECC).





Mission Statement

Our school was established in San Francisco, California in 1985 by Ms. Noble Fields. From its inception, the school has workded diligently to foster professionalism in the field of Real Estate by:

• encouraging excellence in Real Estate Education and Practice.


• promoting The California Business and Professions Code; the national Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPSP) standards; and emphasizing adherence to the regulations of the Commissioner of the California State Department of Real Estate.


• establishing educational and qualification criteria for the licensing, certification and recertification of real estate brokers, agents, appraisers.


• disseminating information from USPAP and Appraiser Qualification Criteria to the Appraisal profession, users of Appraisal services, related industries, and industry groups and the public.


• sponsoring appropriate activities relating to standards, qualifications and issues of importance required of appraisers and users of appraisal services.
