Appraisal & Real Estate School Of Connecticut




Classes that meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the Real Estate Commission for Real Estate Salesperson and Broker license; and Continuing Education required for Real Estate License Renewal.

Estate Salesperson:
Must be 18 years old.
Must complete Principles & Practices of Real Real Estate, 60 hours.
Must pass the PSI state Examination.

Real Estate Broker:
Must have been licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson for minimum of 2 years.
Must complete 60 more hours of pre-licensing courses and:
Mandatory: Basic Appraisal Principles 30 hours
Elective: Any other approved Real Estate 30 hours course as shown under the pre-licensing tab.
