Course Description
The Principles of Real Estate course offered by the Avery-Hess Academy of Real Estate was approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board and meets the educational requirement prerequisite for an applicant to sit for the real estate licensing examination and applying for licensure in the state of Virginia. The course consists of 60 classroom hours of instruction which will include lecture, question and answer periods, student discussions and examinations.
