Superior School of Real Estate is owned by Bill Gallagher, North Carolina’s “Superior” Real Estate Instructor. Superior School of Real Estate offers post-licensing & pre-licensing courses as well as continuing education courses in Asheboro, Burlington, Charlotte, Greensboro, Lake Norman, Pineville, Raleigh, Statesville & Winston-Salem. Real Estate Courses are offered on weekends, weekdays, and evenings.

After 22 years of working in real estate, Bill Gallagher has become one of the most distinguished real estate instructors in North Carolina. Bill has a long history of providing superior real estate education to his students. Bill has taught countless courses in Broker Prelicense, Salesperson Prelicense, and Continuing Education.

Superior School of Real Estate is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to conduct real estate prelicensing and postlicensing courses and is approved to sponsor continuing education courses.

Purpose of School:

The purpose of the Superior School of Real Estate is:

to present courses of instruction that will provide students the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as real estate brokers and to satisfy the requirements for obtaining and retaining a real estate license.

to prepare prelicensing course students for the appropriate state licensing examinations.

to provide continuing education for real estate brokers.
