Georgia MLS Training Institute offers several courses that satisfy the salesperson’s 75-hour prelicense requirement. These courses can be completed at home, your office, or at our four conveniently located training centers in the Metro Atlanta area. Each course is professionally designed to help you successfully complete the state examination requirements.
Georgia MLS Training Institute is an approved real estate school by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for the purpose of offering salesperson prelicense, broker prelicense, postlicense, and continuing education courses. Our school approval code is 228 and the renewal date is December 31, 2007. Georgia MLS Training Institute is also an approved appraisal school by the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board for the purpose of offering Appraiser Qualifying courses and a variety of appraisal continuing education courses. Our school approval code is 016 and the renewal date is December 31, 2007.
