Mission Statement
Our goal for the student is a successful state examination along with a strong foundation of knowledge, providing the best possible tools to build a successful career. Since 1962, the Armbrust student has entered the real estate profession with an unparalleled level of practical and technical competency. AREI constantly maintains the very best real estate educational program available today. When comparing the text and materials, the instructors, facilities, student resources, one-on-one counseling and guidance, post licensing assistance, and any other aspect of the educational product, you too will find AREI to be the premier real estate provider.
Facilities
The AREI facilities in Greenwood Village are not only prestigious, but ultimately comfortable and conducive to learning. Students will enjoy expansive common areas furnished with leather lounge chairs and sofa. Coffee and tea are always ready in the break room adjacent to each classroom and students will often find donuts, cookies or other treats waiting. The learning and resource center is available to all AREI alumni beyond graduation and includes a lending library, DVD TV's for lesson review, and the computer center with such resources as contract software, Metroscan public records, Multiple Listing Service, Apex sketching software, United System Appraisal processor and much more.
Faculty
The faculty at AREI is comprised of the highest quality real estate instructors in the industry. All faculty members are presently active in the real estate industry and average 20 years in real estate instruction. While each instructor brings his or her individual teaching style into the classroom, all have a deep understanding of the material and a high regard for the welfare of the student, both in class and post-license. AREI staff is comprised of five full time instructors, four part time instructors, Executive Secretary, Correspondent Director, Marketing Director, School Director, and administrative assistants.
Patrick Armbrust, School Director and principal owner, has been a full time participant in real estate sales and appraisal since 1977. Active in real estate education since 1984 on a local, state, and national level, Patrick is also owner of Armbrust Appraisal Service located in Littleton, and Broker Associate at Southridge Realty Company.
