California State University (Real Estate and Land Use Institute - Program in Real Estate)
The Real Estate & Land Use Institute (RELUI) offers a real estate program designed for students who are principally interested in careers in the real estate industry. The program covers general and specialized real estate knowledge that is applicable to professional areas such as real estate finance and investment, brokerage, market analysis, and appraisal as well as being pertinent to the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of real property. With a comprehensive course-offering schedule, our program is probably one of the largest programs in California.
The program provides the analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to make decisions about real estate assets under conditions of risk and uncertainty. The student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to specific real estate issues in a wide variety of corporate, entrepreneurial, and personal situations.
The Real Estate & Land Use Institute (RELUI) also provides scholarships for real estate students and helps organize activities related to Real Estate Students Association and Real Estate Alumni Association.
